The Chest Pain With a Normal Troponin
The presentation
Recurrent crushing chest pain arrived with an initially normal troponin and a nearly reassuring ECG.
The first explanation was plausible, but the pattern did not fully fit. A deliberate second look focused on physiology, medication/exposure history, serial observations and the clue that the initial diagnosis could not explain.

Dynamic symptoms and serial ECG change mattered more than the first biomarker.
